Rolando appreciates his position as Senior Account Manager, responsible for the ten county North Central Region. “I enjoy the fact that this position offers different challenges every day, I appreciate the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, from small communities to great cities like Peoria and Bloomington/ Normal,” says Rolando, “As the Senior Account Manager for the region I work primarily on job creation and retention projects, as well as workforce issues with employers.
