The Greater Peoria Economic Development Council (GPEDC) seeks a dynamic and passionate professional to join our team and support our Business Engagement initiatives as our new Business Engagement Partner. GPEDC is a non-profit organization charged with crafting and launching initiatives that improve the economy of Greater Peoria, centered on the Peoria Metropolitan Area. The Business Engagement Partner will support the GPEDC’s efforts to drive business outreach and assistance efforts in collaboration with partner organizations and communities. We help businesses – from startups to Fortune 50 enterprises – navigate and access local, state, and federal resources and programs to thrive and grow.
Qualified candidates will be highly organized, highly motivated individuals with demonstrated success in building and managing relationships, managing projects and timelines, and will be familiar with the principles of business and economic development. A full job description can be found here.
